Terms & Conditions
The general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders
and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as "order") via the online shop of Boutique Gélatine (hereinafter referred to as "online shop").
Boutique Gélatine reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. The version of the General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be unilaterally changed for this order.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be ineffective or should there be a
loophole, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions, with the German original of the GTC being the legally binding version.
With the confirmed order, these general terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the customer.
The offer is aimed at natural customers with residence or legal clients based in Switzerland
or Liechtenstein. Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
The offer is valid as long as it can be seen in the online shop and / or stocks last. Price and
range changes are possible at any time. The images shown in advertisements, brochures, in
the online shop, etc., as well as all information on the products are used for illustration and

3. Dimensions & Illustrations
All dimensions, weights, information and illustrations of our products are non-binding. The description, technical information and prices of the products can be changed at any time.
We reserve the right to make changes to models, typographical or graphical errors, errors
in product descriptions, prices and technical information.
The prices are in Swiss Francs, including value added tax (VAT).
Transport costs are not included in the price, unless other conditions are specified. Boutique Gélatine reserves the right to adjust prices and / or make price errors at any time. There are
no other taxes and costs (with the exception of customs duties for deliveries abroad).
5. Order & Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding application, but a non-binding online catalog or a non-binding invitation to customers to order the product in
the online shop.
By clicking the button (order for a fee), the customer places a binding order for all products
listed on the order page.
After the order has been submitted, customers automatically receive an order confirmation
that documents that the order has been received by Boutique Gélatine.
The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. In cases of obvious typing
and invoice errors, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Boutique Gélatine is free to refuse orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In this
case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded.
Further claims are excluded; in particular, the non-deliverable products will not be
forwarded. Products that are temporarily not available cannot be reserved.
The customer's delivery address must be in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for Switzerland
and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The delivery period begins with the receipt of payment. Several items from the same order
are usually shipped together. However, partial deliveries are possible.
The delivery costs communicated in the online shop and the delivery cost guideline apply.
The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the benefit and risk are transferred from the sender to
the customer when the goods are dispatched.
Boutique Gélatine guarantees that the goods correspond to the warranted properties,
have no defects that impair their value or suitability for the intended use and that they
comply with the prescribed services and specifications. Boutique Gélatine reserves the
right to remedy an existing defect or to deliver an item free of defects in the form of a
repair or replacement delivery.
Boutique Gélatine can provide the guarantee either through partial or full replacement
with an equivalent product, credit up to a maximum of the sales price at the time of the
order, or a reduction.
Defects and faults for which we are not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force
majeure, improper handling, interventions by the customer or third parties, excessive use
or extreme environmental influences are excluded from the guarantee. If the customer
resells the products, he is responsible for compliance with domestic and foreign export regulations. If the customer changes the resold products, he is liable for the resulting
damage to us, the buyer or third parties. The provisions of the Product Liability Act
8. Notice of Defects
It is also up to the customer to check the ordered products immediately upon receipt.
Boutique Gélatine must be notified of any defects or deviations from the order on the
day of delivery by email (email@example.com). After that, only hidden defects can
be asserted, which must be reported to Boutique Gélatine immediately after discovery.
The amount paid by the customer for the defective goods will be refunded to the same
account that was used to purchase the item.
9. Payment Options
Payments must be made in Swiss Francs. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, PostFinance Card) and Pay Pal are accepted as payment methods. When paying
by credit card, the charge will be made after the order has been processed. In exceptional
cases, an order can also be paid for by invoice. This is payable within 14 days, unless other conditions are specified. After this period has expired, the customer is in default even
without a reminder. Boutique Gélatine is entitled to demand default interest of 5%, unless otherwise agreed.
Boutique Gélatine reserves the right to subject customers who order by invoice to a credit
check. In the case of a negative credit rating, payment can be requested in advance. If the customer does not agree, the order can be canceled.
The delivered goods remain the property of Boutique Gélatine until they have been paid
for in full. The judges' decision is final.
10. Return Policy & Refunds
Returns and returns of goods are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods without
giving reasons. The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
Returns can only be made if the goods are in perfect condition and as good as new. It is
assumed that the product has not been worn (hygiene). A receipt or a copy of the invoice
must be enclosed. Vouchers and consumables are excluded from the right of return. The consumer bears the costs and risk of the return. If the customer is entitled to a refund or
other credit, these will be refunded to the same account that was used to purchase the item.
The refund will be made immediately after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Boutique Gélatine takes the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and
your associated rights seriously. Boutique Gélatine does not pass on any data to third parties or parties. The only exception to this principle is the use of the data for
logistical purposes (e.g. sending the products to your address). All data collected on
the Boutique Gélatine website are only used for internal purposes.

13. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt in Switzerland. However, we are also allowed to call
the court at the customer's registered office. Swiss law applies exclusively, even if an order
was made from abroad or a delivery was made abroad. The parties will endeavor to
amicably resolve any disputes that may arise from the implementation of this contract.
When the customer orders goods, these general terms and conditions are deemed to
have been accepted. Changes or additions to the general terms and conditions are only
made in writing by us.
