Step 1
Download the return slip by clicking on the document on the left. Print out the form and fill it out completely. Please enclose the form with your return.
Incidentally, this document can serve as a template and does not necessarily have to be printed out .
Step 2
Also print out the label and write your address on it. Cut out the label and stick it on the package. Take it to the nearest post office and have it sent there by A Mail Plus.
